No. Clients who already know what they need can build their project, receive an instant quote, and reserve directly. A conversation is available if you want one — it is simply not required.

Can I ask a question before paying?

Yes. Use the Still Unsure? option inside your quote to speak directly with the DigitalHova Studios CEO. Your quote selections are attached automatically so nothing has to be re-explained.

How much is required to book?

A 50% deposit reserves your project. The remaining balance is due according to the schedule outlined in your project agreement.

Does receiving a quote reserve my spot?

No. Quotes do not hold availability. A project spot is only reserved once your deposit has been successfully received and your reservation is confirmed.

What platform do you work with?

DigitalHova Studios currently specializes in Shopify for all e-commerce projects. Non-commerce sites are built as fully custom experiences.

What if I don't have Shopify yet?

You may still reserve your project. You will need an active Shopify account in place before the integration portion of your project begins, and we will tell you exactly when it is needed.

Can I change my website after booking?

One revision round covers multiple edits — send all of your changes in a single list and they count together as one round. Each package includes a set number of rounds; changes that expand scope are quoted as an addition to your project and added to your balance before work continues.

How many projects do you take each month?

Accepted Answer

A maximum of 15 client projects per month, so every brand receives real creative attention. Once a month reaches capacity, booking automatically moves to the next available period.

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

Most Basic projects run 2–3 weeks, Signature 3–5 weeks, and Premium 5–8 weeks from the date your intake and assets are received.
