How projects run.
50% Non-Refundable Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all projects before any work begins. The remaining balance is due before final delivery, transfer, launch, or integration. Deposits secure your project slot and cover work already completed.
Revisions & Additional Fees
Clients must submit clear, organized feedback and revision requests. Revisions outside the original agreed scope, excessive changes, or additional revision rounds may require an additional revision fee. DigitalHova must be given the opportunity to complete reasonable revisions before any refund request is considered.
5-Day Response & $30 Restart Fee
If there is no response for 5 consecutive days, the project will be paused and removed from the active production schedule. A $30 restart fee is required before work can resume. Clients returning weeks or months later are not guaranteed their original turnaround time and will be rescheduled based on current availability. This also applies to extended delays involving photos, content, access, or final payment.
Satisfaction & Partial Refund Policy
DigitalHova is committed to making reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope. If a website client is still completely dissatisfied after the revision process, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work already completed. The initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable, and completed design, development, graphics, integrations, or other delivered work will be taken into consideration.
