Quotes
Quotes reflect the selections made at the time they are generated and do not hold project availability. Pricing is validated by the studio before any payment is accepted.
Reservations & deposits
A 50% deposit reserves a project spot for the selected start period. Deposits are non-refundable, as they hold one of a limited number of monthly project slots.
Remaining balance
The remaining 50% is due before final files, launch or theme transfer, unless another schedule is agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Projects begin once the intake form and required assets are received. Delays in providing content or platform access may move a project start period.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered design and assets. The studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
